Store Policy

We do not offer money back on returns, only exchange or online credit.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your package (online purchase only), unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or online credit. Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items or discounted items cannot be returned. Accessories are considered final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and hang tags attached.

Prior to shipping, our items are carefully examined for any faults. We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package if there are any manufacture defects or an item is broken.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.

Zippers are tested before fulfilling an order to reassure they are working properly. We cannot take fault if a zipper is forced broken while trying on. We are also not liable for stress tears on the seam of an item if being forced on or fitting too snug.

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $50. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit or exchange. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and an email containing the credit code will be issued.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please be aware that if you are returning an item for another size, please let us know before you ship so we can hold it for you, as we can not guarantee the item will be available when ready. Send us an email at or call us during store hours at 305 705 4529.

Packages are sent from Miami Florida via UPS Ground. Ground shipping times vary 1-6 business days depending on where you live. Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)

Pick-Up Instore

This option is available if you are local/ live in the area. Orders placed for pick-up instore as usually ready within 60 minutes of placing the order during business hours. Pick-up times are during business hours only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
